Description
We have the following regular shifts available from July to September 2018:

Location
Walsall

Start Date :
ASAP - September 2018
Continuity (using the same GP locum if possible)

Days
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Descriptions:
AM & PM Sessions of 3 hours each at 10 min appts (i.e. 18 patients)
Up to 3 visits between AM & PM surgery each day (but paying on a 'per visit' basis)
AM surgery start 8.30am. PM surgery start 3.00pm (we may be able to vary times if necessary)
