Description
We are looking for ANP's to cover care homes services within the South Yorkshire area over the next 3 months.

The shifts are 8am-4pm and 12midday-8pm, We would like a mixture of the times if possible.

The dates in September are:
11th,12th, 13th,14th,15th September
25th,26th,27th,28th,29th September

The skills required are

Able to work as an autonomous practitioner
Experience of working with older people
Minor illness/minor injury qualification and experience
Advanced Physical Assessment Course qualification and/or experience at this level
Prescriber
Need to be Car Driver as will need travel around the local area while on shift
