ASAP - 3 Months (possible extension)
Monday / Wednesday / Friday 0900-1700

Hours to be worked SURGERY / CLINIC / THEATRE TIMES etc

Monday
0900-1300SWE CLDT/AAH: OPC/home visits/team admin/trainee supervision/appraisal
1300-1700 SW CLDT: Clinical work, APCCs, MHA, AWI, complex case discussions

Tuesday

0900-1300 Team meetings (fortnightly), home visits
1300-1700 Outpatient Clinic

0900-1300 AAH: Clinical Governance/CPD/Job Planning/Revalidation/ Medical staff meetings and internal communication/admin/clinical/Journal Club
1300-1700 COMMUNITY: Emergencies/Home visits/Case conferences

Other Info:
Consultants must be on the Specialist Register, will consider as a specialty Dr if not and rate must align with this
AMP approved (Section 22) required
Desirable: experience in clinical care of learning disabled patients
PVG is a requirement for this position
