This is a General Adult Community Mental Health post, based in the Norris Green Community Hub in Liverpool L11 5BS
The team caseload is approximately 275 and the postholder will be working as part of a established multi disciplinary team - responsibilities include outpatient clinics, MDT working including meetings and multiprofessional work.
All clinics are based at Norris Green. (L11 5BS)
All of our CMHT posts however are 9 sessions to the team + 1 "pressure session" - this session could be served elsewhere - but will be within Liverpool - it could be to offer support to another CMHT, or a CRHT, it usually depends on our areas of clinical pressure.
However if the locum doesn't want to do that, they can opt for a 36 hours contract - that will also be fine - and then all the work will be out of L11 5BS - with all MDT work, there is some community work, which means that sometimes we do also go out to see patients in their own homes - home visits are done in conjunction with other members of the team.
