Description
Care of the Elderly Consultant
ASAP - 3 months
0900 - 1700

Responsibility for ½ an acute ward, community hospital ward (1 PA per week) & clinic sessions within Frailty Assessment Base. There will be an expectation to cover other wards or CH MDT sessions if other colleagues are on leave.

Consultant will need to be able to drive to and from local community hospital ward.
