Responsible to: Day to day line management; Service lead,
Professionally; Clinical Director, Countywide Service
Location: Rikenel, Montpellier, Gloucester GL1 1LY
Type & Duration of Contract: Locum, Bank, Part Time Salaried, 1-2 sessions a week
We are looking for a GP to assist in the Community Team for Homeless Healthcare.
- 2 Days per week (Wednesday and Thursday Mornings)
- 09:30 - 12:30 (Potentially to 13:30)
- Holiday cover may be requested providing an option for additional adhoc hours
- ASAP start
- 3 months length initially
- Base is at Rikenel in Gloucester
The service provides routine primary care to both cohorts, Homeless Healthcare and SAS, via face to face and telephone appointments (15-minute appointments due to complexity). Face to face appointments can be supported by a chaperone and security advisor if required; the patients are well known and risk assessed with scanning before entry and the facility to see patients behind glass if required.
