- Sherwood Forest are looking for an experienced GIM Registrar to work on a busy high acuity ward, however the doctor MUST have the below requirements to be considered. This will be Mon-Fri 9-5pm. Start date ASAP for 3 months initially
Requirements as essential would include
MUST have MRCP UK
NHS experience as a middle grade for at least 2 years in an acute set up- EAU/MAU/General medical ward/Speciality wards such as and preferably D&E, GIM and Renal but also Haematology/Gastro/Resp/Geriatrics/Oncology/Cardio - essentially those specialities that have wards attached and not just OP work.
Procedural competencies such as being able to carry out lumbar puncture, ascitic tap- those that a middle grade would be expected to perform and would have been signed off for by NHS consultants
Valid ALS
Able to work in a ward with high turn over of patients, complex patients with a high level of acuity
MUST have ALS, 3 months recent UK experience and be able to provide 2 References from Consultants.
