Description: Locum GP Opportunities in South Wales

We are seeking General practitioners for ongoing shifts across practices in South Wales

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking committed, patient‑focused locum General Practitioners to assist on a Direct Engagement (PAYE) basis for regular, ongoing sessions across the below practices:
* Bryntirion Practice
* Blaenavon Practice
* Tredegar Practice

We are looking for GPs who are:
* Already on the Welsh Performer List (WPL), OR in the process of joining
* Interested in consistent, ongoing GP sessions
* Passionate about delivering high‑quality care to local communities
* Reliable, professional, and great at integrating with existing clinical teams

PAYE Rates
£76.08 - £80.40 per hour through Direct Engagement (PAYE)

Varying shift patterns:
* 08:00-16:00
* 09:00-17:00
* 08:30-18:30

Further info:
* Number of patients per clinic 16 am and 16 pm
* Visits needed - Standard 1, On call only if needed.
* Admin - is sign scripts, pathology results and 10 reauthorisations
* IT system used - EMIS
* Mainly face to face appointments - some telephone appointments
* Can potentially add extra shifts at other Practices and create a longer term placement if it helps
