Description
Adult Psych Consultant
North Ceredigion
ASAP for 6 months
Vacancy cover
Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 - Section 12 and AC status needed (non-negotiable) - Cross site cover
Base will be near BGH site for the Ceredigion Adult MHS

Will be working with MDT and Crisis Team support
There are 2 Junior Drs at CF/SCF grade, both working within the cmht teams for the last 12+ months

There are no acute adult psychiatry inpatient ward in BGH
Patients are admitted to the Carmarthen Inpatient ward and the Community consultant supports the Inpatient MDT & ANP & Spec Dr in discharge planning with CMHT
There is no consultant on-call requirements
There is a BGH Psych Liaison team that will support with General Hospital Liaison -2 potential remote working days max
No on calls

Please note, there is no onsite accommodation available therefore, any candidates would need to arrange and pay for their own.
