- Bradford Royal Infirmary are looking for an experienced ED Consultant to take part in a busy rota.
The base contract will be for 10 programmed activities. This will be based on the nationally agreed whole-time contract.
EM consultants provide 'shop floor' / departmental cover for 16 hours a day (0800 - Midnight) and non-resident on call. There is no set weekly timetable.
The Initial job plan will be 8.5 DCC and 1.5 SPA.
The shifts pattern for 8.5 DCC are:
* 1:19 (1500 - 0000) then on call after midnight
* 1:6 late shifts (1500 - 2200)
* 1:6 Weekends - Early (0800 -1700), Midshift (1100 - 2000), On call (1700 -Midnight then on call), Nights (2200-0830)
* 1:15 Night shift - (2200-0830)
* Remaining DCC is daytime working -. Shift timings (0800 -1600 or 1100 -1900)
* On an average weekday from 0800 - 1100 there will be two consultants, from 1100 - 2200 there will be 3 consultants then 2200 - midnight, there will be one consultant.
* On weekends three consultants working one on each shift as described above.
