Description
SPR Elderly Care required to cover a community frailty role in the Ipswich region. Must have experience with REACT (Reactive Emergency Assessment Community Team)

REACT Team are a multi disciplinary team consisting of health, mental health, social care and voluntary sector staff. Providing care and support to patients within their own home to avoid hospital admissions.

Frailty experience needed and driving license is important but not a deal breaker.

YOU MUST HAVE THE BELOW TO APPLY:

FULL GMC REGISTRATION WITH LICENSE TO PRACTICE
FULL RIGHT TO WORK IN UK
3-6 MONTHS UK EXPERIENCE AS SPR
DRIVING LICENSE (PREFERRED)
