- We have a GP surgery within the London area looking for a Fix term ANP to cover the below.

As soon as possible but training will need to be provided over 2 days. Induction /IT etc

8.30 - 4.30pm

Monday to Friday
Description & Information:
It may be approximately 3 months.
Nearest Tube is Monument and Aldgate (main line is Liverpool street)
Any experience or preferences required.
Urgent care/Minor illness and must have independent prescribing qualification.
Please see list:
* Diagnosis and treatment of minor ailments
* Taking of blood samples
* Resting electrocardiogram ("ECG")
* Health advice and education
* Independent Prescriber
* Advice and monitoring of chronic medical conditions e.g., blood pressure monitoring, diabetes, asthma
* Appropriate onward referral
* Investigations, monitoring and diagnosis of conditions.
* Travel advice, risk assessment, and vaccinations/medication as appropriate (would need to discuss yellow fever qualifications)
* Women's health services (e.g., contraceptive screening and repeats only/advice, pregnancy testing, expectant/new mothers support)
* Contribute and participate in the Client's Health and Wellness program of activity .
* Mental Health Support - assessment, ongoing support, onward referral, safeguarding as required.
* Health Crisis Management - attendance at incidents within the client's premises if requested by the Client
