- Being a tier one supplier to one of the largest primary care providers in the UK, Key Locums are looking to work with dedicated and hardworking GP's.
We currently have locum positions available for general practitioners to work at an urgent care centre based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Sessions would be face to face consultations, 7 days a week and shift patterns range from either 6 or 12 hours.
The aim is to see each patient within the 15 minutes - some do take a bit longer so not always possible. There will be a GP and ANP on site. The urgent care centre works alongside the minor injury team so although GP's do see some minor injuries they do not have a great deal and those requiring suturing etc tend to get streamed to the MIU team to deal with .
The client will send an induction pack for any new clinician that has not worked here before which can be very helpful.
